The owner of a Jenison-based manufacturer sold the business to an out-of-state buyer.

Bruce Krouskop, President of Jenison-based Dienetics Inc., sold his business in Rockford, Ill. Excelsior Inc., according to NuVescor Group.

NuVescor, a Hudsonville-based M&A service provider, advised Dienetics on the transaction.

Terms of the deal, which was reached earlier this spring, were not disclosed.
