Kaylee is a Wedding Coordinator now and I will be working with her on an upcoming Wedding. They were married on her parents farm in Monroe last July.
Laurie and Mel Wedding was performed by her father who also chose to walk her down the aisle. The wedding party was made up of six groomsmen and bridesmaids paired with different color shirts and dresses. Laurie mother was the one that contacted me to be apart of her daughters Wedding. The reception hall at the Renton Technical College had air conditioning on this 86 degree day that ended with a humid rain shower (very rare for Western WA). Mel’s daughter and friend sang a Leann Rimes song, Looking through your eyes to Laurie and her dad, which the guests loved.
July 11, 2009 Michael and Jessica were married at her parents home on the lake and their reception was held at The Plateau Club in Sammamish. Their Wedding setting was the back yard overlooking the lake on a beautiful day. Following the departure of the bride and groom on a boat, guests were invited to Plateau Club for their celebration. I always enjoying working with Kipp Johnson and Holly Martinez at club as their compliment each other as they pull off some of the most wonderful receptions. The club seems to be a hidden gem on the plateau for receptions.
I celebrated Independence Day with Julie and Jed on their Wedding Day while enjoying the sights and sounds of the fireworks around the Seattle. We were able to see fireworks in Renton, Bellevue and Seattle from the top of Newcastle. The Golf Club at Newcastle always provides one the most enjoyable views of the area. Michelle Moore, the photographer will have great photos for the evening.
Enas and Chikako’s son Robert contact me about performing the entertainment at his parent’s Wedding Anniversary in May. I enjoy working with Kristin Shea at the Sorrento Hotel and tonight was even more of a delight. Robert performed great as he introduced friends and family members to share a story about his mother and father. Enas and Chikako’s friends enjoyed dancing to some 40’s, 50’s, 60’s and some 70’s music as they continued to share in the celebration.
This past Saturday afternoon for 2 hours, Gail & Celia celebrated their 60th Wedding Anniversary along with 100 of their friends and family at the Wesley Homes in Des Moines, WA. Their four children planned a grand entrance, toasts, storybook video presentation and cake cutting for this humble couple. Music selected was from the 20’s, 30’s and 40’s. We would like to wish them many years of good health and may they extend their marriage to the 75 years plus club.
Kim and Jeff have great personalities! This was a traditional, classy and relaxed Wedding. The Seattle Tennis Club was a perfect setting on a beautiful January day for a couple deserving of it on their Wedding Day. The Wedding was just right for a short and but fitting Ceremony. Following in the foyer was a cocktail party with Kim and Jeff coming down the staircase with their grand entrance. The STC staff turned the ceremony room into a formal dining area for their guests in less than 30 minutes (Wow, great job). Their photographer Carol Harrold was there until the very end of the party, which is always great. Please take a moment to check out her wonderful photos of Jeff and Kim.
We entertained nearly 600 people (mostly women) at the Taphouse Grill in Downtown Seattle on New Year’s Eve. The party started at 9 pm and the party end at 2 am. Paul Reder, the owner, was awesome to work with on this Celebration.
