This past weekend, I was able to attend the Unleashed Tour of Fleetwood Mac at the Tacoma Dome. It got me thinking about how after seeing an act live in concert, how we change the way we listen to that music going forward. If I like the concert, I will often correlate the memories of seeing the band live with that song every time I hear in the future, making it that much more wonderful listening to that music.
I hadn’t given the concert much forethought before attending but after experiencing their two and half hour performance, I went searching for details and videos of their music. Stevie Nicks, Mick Fleetwood, John McVie and Lindsay Buckingham can still rock it after 44 years of making music. Lindsay left it all onstage with his unique guitar picking using his fingers and Mick with his solo drum act interlaced with the foreign language his speaks that only his groupies understand was wonderful.
I came across a video of the live concert that the Corrs did with Mick Fleetwood that had such great sound and a feel to it that I have to share it with you. Here it is. Dreams -The Corrs and Mick Fleetwood
